We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using DPD service. Below you can see the delivery time after dispatch:

We do our best to deliver your goods on time, but a delay of 1-2 days is possible in exceptional cases. Check the tracking code you received from us by email and verify if your package was delivered to your neighbor or a DPD pickup point. If that is not the case, please contact us via the contact form or by email at info@gojungle.be.
This is usually possible through the tracking email you receive once your package has been shipped. On the DPD website, you should be able to change the requested information according to DPD's instructions.
Please note that we ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. If the order has not yet been shipped, please send an email to info@gojungle.be with the order number, and we will cancel it for you. If you want to cancel an order that is already on its way, refuse the package when it arrives and it will be returned to us. In that case, we will refund you the order amount minus the shipping costs.
