This light and porous volcanic rock improves the aeration and draining properties of your potting mix. Great component if you want to reduce the risk of root rot and create air pockets for healthy root development. It doesn’t decay over time and unlike perlite, it’s not dusty and doesn’t come up to the surface of the soil.

Perlite requires a significant amount of energy to produce. We choose pumice, which is more sustainable and does not rise to the top of the pot.
