We ship orders twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays using DPD service. Below you can see the delivery time after dispatch:
Belgium: 1-2 days
The Netherlands: 1-2 days
Luxembourg: 1-2 days
Germany: 2-3 days
France: 2-4 days

We do our best to deliver your goods on time, but a delay of 1-2 days is possible in exceptional cases. If your delivery takes longer than that, please contact us by sending an email to info@gojungle.be.
Yes, after the order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking code.

Check the tracking code you received from us by email and verify if your package was delivered to your neighbor or a DPD pickup point. If that is not the case, please contact us via the contact form or by email at info@gojungle.be.
This is usually possible through the tracking email you receive once your package has been shipped. On the DPD website, you should be able to change the requested information according to DPD's instructions.
Please note that we ship orders on Tuesdays and Fridays. If the order has not yet been shipped, please send an email to info@gojungle.be with the order number, and we will cancel it for you. If you want to cancel an order that is already on its way, refuse the package when it arrives and it will be returned to us. In that case, we will refund you the order amount minus the shipping costs.

That definitely should not happen! Please send us an email with a photo of the issue and your order number to info@gojungle.be, and we will send you a new product as soon as possible.
Potting Soil Questions
Our mixes are named after specific plants or plant groups. However, this does not mean that these mixes are only suitable for those plants. Each mix is suitable for a broad group of plants that share the same soil requirements.

Indeed, we do not use perlite in our potting mixes. Instead, we use pumice and other components to aerate the soil.
Yes, all our bags are fully recyclable. Remove the label and dispose of the bag as you would with other plastic waste.
